4. You must honour all vouchers created and distributed through our service according to their stated terms.
5. You must mark each used voucher as redeemed by scanning the QR code provided. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account.
6. As the vendor, you bear full responsibility for the vouchers you create and distribute, including their content, terms, and redemption.

5. Voucher Creation and Distribution

1. You are responsible for the content and terms of the vouchers you create.
2. Voucher descriptions must be clear, accurate, and representative of the offer.
3. Images used in vouchers must be of the offer itself, the service provided, or team members providing the offer.
4. Vouchers must not contain any false claims or misleading information.
5. All vouchers must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws and advertising standards.
6. We reserve the right to remove any vouchers that violate our guidelines or applicable laws.
7. You must not change the terms of a voucher while it is in circulation. If changes are necessary, you must create a new voucher with updated terms.
8. All voucher content, including text and images, must be suitable for children to read and must not contain any material that could be deemed offensive.
9. Offers presented in vouchers must be within the law. Any limitations or exclusions must be clearly detailed on the forms provided during the voucher creation process.
10. In cases where a voucher's terms may leave room for interpretation (e.g., if it's not clear that the offer is only available for one person per voucher, or is time-limited), we strongly encourage you to give the "benefit of the doubt" to the voucher holder. This approach aims to provide a great experience to potential new clients and uphold the spirit of goodwill that GoodieBags promotes.

6. Voucher Redemption and Customer Experience

1. As a vendor, you agree to honor all valid vouchers presented by customers according to the terms stated on the voucher.
2. In situations where the terms of a voucher are ambiguous or open to interpretation, you are encouraged to interpret the terms in favor of the customer whenever reasonably possible.
3. This "benefit of the doubt" approach is designed to create positive experiences for new and potential customers, which aligns with the overall purpose of our GoodieBags platform.
4. While we encourage flexibility in interpretation to benefit the customer, this does not override explicit terms or limitations clearly stated on the voucher.

7. Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing is as stated on our website and may be subject to change with notice.
2. All fees are subject to applicable sales tax.
3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled.

8. Our Guarantee

We guarantee to continue distributing your vouchers until at least 20% have been redeemed, provided you maintain your subscription and do not breach our guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

1. The GoodieBags name, logo, and "AnyGoodie" trademark are our property.
2. You retain all rights to the content you create for your vouchers.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of our services.
2. We are not responsible for any disputes between businesses and customers regarding the use or redemption of vouchers.
3. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

11. Content Moderation

1. We reserve the right to review and moderate all voucher content.
2. We may, at our sole discretion, remove or require changes to any voucher that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
3. Repeated violations of our content guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
